Mt Barker Power Company Pty Ltd is the project company for the Mt Barker Community Windfarm, it has no staff. It was established in 14 June, 2007 by SkyFarming Pty Ltd who will continue to work on the project until it is commissioned and has one director on the board, Susanna Floth. Andrew Woodroffe is the Company Secretary. Advanced Energy Resources is the major investor in the project and has two directors on the board, Luca Castelli and John Dale.

The remaining director will be nominated by the shareholders at the inaugrual Annual General Meeting of Mt Barker Power Company Pty Ltd, Monday August the 23rd.

	Susanna Floth, BA, BSc (Hons) Susanna Floth has a BA in language studies and 2 years of experience as sales manager Asia - Pacific with Nordex, a leading european wind turbine manufacturer. Previously, she worked as commercial consultant and project manager for large infrastructure projects (municipal water supply and waste water treatment) in China.
	Luca Castelli, B.E (Renewable Energy, Electrical/Power), BSc (Energy Studies) Luca is AER’s team leader and provides technical direction for the company’s renewable energy and standby generation projects. Luca is also General Manager of the Castelli Group’s successful and acclaimed Castelli Estate wine business and Mt Shadforth Contract Crush, their contract winemaking business which processes up to 1,000 tonnes of fruit for a number of leading national wine brands and holds a Certificate II in Cellar operations.
	John Dale AAPI AREI CSMA EAC CREM John has over 35 years experience in all facets of commercial property and has worked as asset manager for MCS Property (now Centro Property), Hawaiian and Multiplex Property Trust and major national commercial property agencies. He is responsible for acquisitions, business development and strategic asset management for the Castelli Group. He has held directorships in asset management consultancies and a national retail chain. John is a Director and co-founder of Castelli Group affiliate MontCastle Property.
	Andrew Woodroffe, B.E. (Aero), Post Grad Dip Science & Tech Policy Andrew Woodroffe has an Aeronautical Engineering degree, postgraduate studies in renewable energy, 10 months experience working as a wind energy engineer for Stanwell Corporation, one of Australia's leading windfarm developers and completed the DEWI (Deutsches Windenergie-Institut GmbH) seminar, Wind Farm Projects. Previously, he ran his own business, HERAust, rating the energy efficiency of homes.
	Paul Llewellyn, BSC(Bio), MSc Paul Llewellyn has a Masters in Science (Natural Resource Management) and has been policy coordinator for The Greens (WA) specialising in energy policy. Paul became an MLC for the Greens in 2005. Paul was a finalist in the Great Southern Development Commission's 2004 GSDC Excellence in Natural Resource Management. He helped raise equity for the project in 2010.
